  Great service - Nathan was really nice and helpful! He showed me where I’ll need service in the future and made recommendations. All other oil change places have scared me into spending so much money right then and there. Will definitely come back for my next oil change!

  Friendly and knowledgable staff made this a really great experience. Nathan was wonderful and even changed out a filthy filter that apparently was changed in my previous services at other shops (but clearly never was). I definitely trust these guys with my car and will be back!

  Great customer service. Fast service. Reasonably priced. Got into their bay right away. Think they were done in less than 15 minutes. Showed me the condition of all the fluids they checked. Watched them the whole time. Checked the front and rear differential even, and they didn't try to scam me for an upsell I didn't need, like most dealerships or lube shops tend to do. What a pleasure dealing with these guys. Will be back.

  Nathan and the team were extremely efficient and professional. My 2002 beater needed coolant and they topped it up free of charge ($5 to $10). For the owner/manager: I wanted to leave a tip with my Visa on tap and pay but was unable to. Please implement. It's a minor inconvenience but would be helpful.

  I'm currently sitting in lube town waiting for my battery to be changed. I was leaving work and my car wouldn't start, a coworker boosted me and then I drove to lube town right away for them to run a diagnostic. The battery was completely dead with lots of oxidation present, they showed me this and explained what the problem was. They even picked up a new battery for me as they didnt have the one that I needed in their shop. Only around $170.00 for the part and labour, so awesome. I definitely recommend lube town, I come here regularly for oil changes and I've always been really satisfied with my experience.
